Function Principles: the air absorbed from filter inlet will be blown to absorption oil groove by strong velocity flow through accelerating passage, after it is absorbed by absorption oil surface, it goes through inclined multiple layer metal filtering net, due to the overflow vibration and fan of the air created by vehicle movement, par of the absorbed oil particle will splash to metal filtering net and form second absorption oil film, when air goes through multiple layer second absorption oil film, it will be absorbed and filtered again, tiny particle in the air will be absorbed to metal net by oil film again, when oil absorbed particle splashes to metal filtering net, due to the poor lipophilicity of smooth metal wire, the absorbed dust particle will flow back to oil groove together with oil drop of large particle along the inclined direction, reach the purpose of self cleaning filtering layer. In order to prevent the absorbed oil particle into cylinder, paper filtering core will be installed in front of filter exit to play the function of air removing oil and final precise filtering. After test, 95% of dust is absorbed directly by oil groove, 3-4% of dust is absorbed by metal filtering net, 1-2% of dust is blocked by paper filtering core.
